LE SEL SERVES THE WORLD’S FIRST FULL ORGANIC RAMEN, & IT IS GETTING A PHENOMENAL RESPONSE BY RAMEN LOVERS WORLDWIDE

Kyoto, Japan – October 10, 2019 – Le Sel  has proudly announced that it has been awarded a Bib Gourmand in Michelin Guide 2020. The award recognises establishments that offer high-quality food at affordable prices. The Kyoto based Japanese Ramen Restaurant  services high quality special Ramen, along with a wide range of other food options for both meat lovers as well as vegans. Opened in April 2019, the Japanese Ramen Restaurant  makes Ramen with a twist, and it also offers an entire course of meal instead of offering Ramen only.

“Here at Le Sel in Kyoto, we take great pride in service the best Ramen in the entire Kyoto, but here we do it with a delicious twist. Due to the fact that our restaurant is located near Kiyomizu temple, one of Kyoto’s major tourist attractions, and that we are looking forward to welcome more and more foreign visitors,” said the spokesperson of Le Sel, while talking about the Kyoto based Japanese Ramen Restaurant. “In our proper full course meal, we offer snacks, rice, ramen, and dessert. And Organic Ramen will make both your body and your soul happy. that is Japan’s first organic ramen ko-kaiseki (traditional Japanese style course menu) restaurant’s theme. Every ingredient we use is organic. Our ramen is served as the finale of our well-balanced course, which also includes dishes such as “obanzai” (Kyoto’s traditional style cuisines) as appetizers and “kyo-chameshi” (Kyoto style tea flavored rice),” he added.

In addition, Le Sel is a stylish Japanese Ramen Restaurant. Everything at the restaurant is purely organic and even the beer served to the customers is also purely an organic beer. Moreover, the food served at the restaurant includes some of the most amazing Japanese dishes, including some of the best and organic Japanese vegetables and sauces.

Furthermore, the ramen created at Le Sel is a seafood version of simple and refined shoyu ramen with a gyokai broth. Le Sel have decided to add vegan-friendly dishes to their menu. Vegan-dishes will be prepared with only vegetables including the stock.
